Welcome to the seventh video of my half ironman preparation series. I’m after the fifth week of training for the race which means the first block of my training is over so it’s time to have a look at my progress to see whether I’m headed in the right direction or not. In this video I’m going through my progress of the last couple of weeks and talk a bit about why brick workouts are so important for a triathlete.
