Another week has gone by and what an exciting week it was. The weather was great for the most part of the last seven days, we had a lot of chance to swim in the sea, I spent a lot of time on the bike, I ran exactly as much and as fast as I was supposed to according to my training plan and I managed to put in a few good strength workouts as well. So I can say this has been my best week so far of my half ironman prep.
But this weeks video is more about zone 2 training. I’m making an attempt to explain why zone 2 training is beneficial fro triathletes and endurance athletes in general.
