My First IRONMAN 70.3, Week 10 – Recovery

As you might remember from last weeks video I had a sharp knee pain after one of my long runs and it turned out to be an IT band issue. I also said that I’m sure I was going to come back with good news this week but that’s not quite the case. I mean the injury is not that bad and I hope it won’t take too much longer to recover from it completely but I expected it to be gone by now to be honest…
